Discovery Session (60–90 min)

We map out your goals, your audience, your existing site pain points, and what success actually looks like before any design work starts. This becomes the blueprint for the entire build.

Site Architecture + Content Plan

We define the page structure, user flow, and content needs before touching design. Most sites fail because the architecture is wrong, not the aesthetics. We fix that first.

Design Concepts

You'll see the look and feel of your site before a single page is built, layout direction, visual style, and how your brand translates into a live web experience. We align here before building.

Build + Refinement (Two Rounds)

We build the full site, then you review. Two rounds of revisions are included, enough to get every page right without the project dragging on indefinitely.

Launch + Handoff

Before launch, we handle SEO fundamentals: page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and site speed basics. You receive a walkthrough of how to manage and update your site independently going forward. Ongoing site management available upon request.
