Discovery Session (60–90 min)

We dig into your business: who you serve, how you want to be perceived, what you're moving away from, and what your best clients have in common. This becomes the strategic foundation for everything that follows.

Brand Strategy Brief

Before any design happens, we document your positioning, voice, and direction. You'll review and approve this brief, it's what keeps the creative work grounded in outcomes, not just aesthetics.

Concept Development

Based on the brief, we develop initial brand direction including visual concepts, color exploration, and typography pairings. You'll receive a focused set of options, not 47 variations that create decision paralysis.

Refinement (Two Rounds)

You give feedback. We refine. Two full rounds of revisions are included, enough to land on something that genuinely fits.

Finalization + Handoff

You receive all final files, brand guidelines, and a handoff call. You'll know exactly what you have, how to use it, and how to maintain brand consistency going forward.
